As in any crisis situation, there are many unscupulous operators out there that would take advantage of distressed homeowners, promising releif they cannot deliver.
Please be careful when engaging someone to help you avoid foreclosure. Not everyone knows what they are doing. And some are intentionally preying on unwary homeowners for their own ill-gotten gain.
